Overview

Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences seeks an experienced administrative professional for the role of Project Coordinator. The selected candidate will assist the Antimethanogenesis project manager with organizing and controlling all administrative aspects of the project through coordination of meetings, resources, equipment, and information. The duties will include research project coordination, financial tracking and progress reporting, team communication and coordination, personnel assistance, and administrative support. This position is funded for a period of two years.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, with a science background preferred, along with 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Experience with documentation and project management tools, including G-suite and Zoom
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
